LIFE IN FOOD

I figured this out, you heard it from me first: my theory of food and life. Ready? Ok. So the more life something has in it, the better for you. Let me explain. For example, Kombucha has TWO BILLION living organisms in it! TWO BILLION! It says so on the bottle. They're tiny probiotic things. No wonder I feel amazing when i drink it, i'm drinking life. Another example. Vegetables and fruits. Especially when just picked. Cause they were just alive and they were living things like a second ago, so you're eating LIFE. But see... processed stuff like pasta and bread and Gushers not so much. No life there. They're made out of synthetic stuff that has no life because God didn't create it and also if they have composites that were alive like wheat or corn or something by the time they are put in a Gusher (for example) there's no life left in that thing. Throw it out!

So recap: foods that have life in them and so are good for you: Kombucha, Fruits and Veggies (especially when right off the tree/vine/ground) etc. You get the idea.

MEAT; ok so logically, meat should also be like that. Yes, but it has to be really fresh. If you literally eat a cow while it's still alive, I assume you'd get a lot of life out of it and feel amazing. but the cow would suffer. Oh, milk also. That has a lot of life and stuff. Milk is life-giving. Mothers, etc... But yeah, meat... you have to like, kill the animal and eat it RIGHT away. Eggs also, but ditto.

Pretty much, eat stuff that was living as recently as possible. If you're vegetarian don't eat the meat.
